Care instructions
Please take care of your handmade jewellery. It is strong, but delicate.
If you do use hairspray or perfume, please use it before putting on your jewellery. Wearing your jewellery while swimming or taking a shower is not advised. The plating on the beads will darken or wear off.
If you feel you need to clean your hand-braided or hand-woven jewellery Urbanknits recommends you rub the beads gently with a soft cloth. .
We recommend using Eucalan Natural Delicate Wash to clean any of our knit jewellery following the manufacturer's instructions. Its lanolin enriched formula helps to condition fibres and is suitable for cleaning all delicate fibres.
Silver-plated clasps can be cleaned with a special polishing cloth to restore their shine.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, I will replace it or exchange it for another product within 10 days of receipt. I do not offer refunds. Once your item is returned to me in its original condition, I will send out a replacement. You will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.
What are your delivery options?
My jewellery is handmade and could take time to arrive if you order a custom piece. I strive to make your custom order and mail it out within 5 to 10 working days from receipt. During the summer months and holiday season, I can often have a backlog of custom-made pieces. Please be patient.
Each piece is carefully packaged and mailed through the Canadian Postal Service or via Purolator. To keep shipping costs at a minimum, I will ship your order first-class unless you would like to pay extra for expedited shipping.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes.
