This stunning necklace is created using is an ancient Japanese form of braiding known as Kumihimo. Cords and coordinating glass beads are interlaced to produce each section of the necklace, then the two sections are combined with an infinity knot. Each necklace is finished with a sterling silver plated clasp and measures 38 inches in length (excluding the tassels).

If you feel you need to clean your hand-braided jewellery Urbanknits recommends you rub the beads gently with a soft cloth. Silver-plated clasps can be cleaned with a special polishing cloth to restore their shine.
